To DonateScholarships - Support for our Future
Scholarship contributions received by the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences are not merely gifts, but investments in the future. They create a legacy that guarantees the accessibility of quality educational programs to students. Especially to potential students who might not otherwise be able to afford the cost of a college education.

We are grateful to our scholarship donors. Through continued support from our donors, the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences provided $340,932 in scholarships this fall. While this allowed us to grant scholarship assistance to many students throughout the college, there were many deserving and needy students left without support.

Students receive scholarship funding based on need and/or merit as designated by the scholarship criteria. In many cases, donors can participate in the scholarship criteria designation and even name the scholarship in their own honor or in the memory of a loved one.

The students, faculty, and staff of the College are thankful for the generosity of our scholarship donors. Thank you for investing in our future.

vScholarship gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. For specific information on potential tax benefits, please contact your tax adviser.

Typically, scholarships are in the form of endowed scholarships or annually funded scholarships.

. Endowed Scholarships - Gifts in larger amounts, sometimes made over a five-year period can establish a named endowed scholarship. The original gift is permanently invested, and only the interest income is awarded in the form of scholarships each year.
. Annual Scholarships - These scholarships are awarded on the basis of contributions received each year. Gifts of any size are welcomed. Because annual gifts are not endowed, the support is immediately available to students.
. Create your own legacy-Your own scholarship fund.
